Shipping policy

Subject to the conditions below, we will dispatch your order(s) to be delivered on the date and to the location and recipient you have provide us when placing the order. 

COVID Update: Consistent with NSW Health guidance, we may attempt a contactless delivery adhering to the rules of the COVID-19 social distancing policy. Please note due to high volume order, please expect delays. We will endeavour to deliver your flowers as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding. 

Timing

We do not guarantee the time of day the delivery will take place. Generally, our carriers are sent in the afternoon with a delivery window between 1PM - 6PM. Our ability to deliver prior to this time period is subject to the availability of our carriers and our confirmation. These times are indicative only. 

Where your order(s) is time sensitive, please call us on (02) 9838 4701 . We cannot guarantee a time sensitive delivery where you have not spoken with us verbally.  

Same Day Delivery 

Dispatching orders in the same day as when they were placed (Same Day Delivery) will only be available if that order was placed before 12PM AEST, Monday to Sunday.

Orders placed after 12PM AEST will be delivered the next day.

Local Delivery Range Limit 

The availability of our delivery services are subject to the distance between the recipient's address and our shop (located in Winston Hills Shopping Mall, Castle Hill and Rhodes Waterside Centre). The pricing of our delivery services is dependent on the postcode of the shipping address. Our checkout menu will show you the price we charge once you enter shipping address.
